Note that for the Cloud version these version number might differ from what you are shown by the Atlassian Marketplace due to the automatic version numbering that the marketplace enforces. We automatically run the most recent version of the app on cloud.
Versions 1.1.0 and 1.1.2 were pulled due to internal problems.
- New feature: Adding translation of comments as internal comments. This helps agents that only speak the main language understand what other agents are doing.
- Improvement: Introduced character limit for language detection to avoid incorrect language detections due to foreign language email signatures.
- Improvement: (Server-only) Process translations asynchronously. This leads to faster comment added event processing, but a user might have to refresh the UI after adding a comment.
- Small bugfixes
Updated the language list in the front end. This also fixes translation of some languages that have been renamed by the Google Translate API in the past months, such as Chinese.
If your messages weren't translated, the customer language custom field wasn't updated before this release.
