User Management and License Optimizer for Jira & Confluence

User Management and License Optimizer provides a single interface for administering users across your entire Atlassian Cloud organization. It supports bulk operations, automated tasks, and license visibility for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products.

What You Can Do

Centralized User Management
View and manage all users across multiple Atlassian sites (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) from one dashboard. The User Browser shows access patterns, group memberships, and activity status for each user.

Bulk Operations
Perform actions on multiple users at once: remove app access, suspend accounts, restore access, and modify group memberships. Results are downloadable as JSON for audit purposes.

Automated Tasks
Create scheduled tasks based on saved filters. Tasks can run on a weekly or interval schedule and combine multiple operations such as removing access, suspending users, and modifying groups.

License Visibility
The dashboard shows active and inactive user counts per product. Filter by inactivity period (3 days to 6 months) to identify users who no longer need product access.

Multi-Site Support
A single installation manages users across all Atlassian sites in your organization. The dashboard and User Browser support filtering by individual sites or viewing all sites together.
