Debugging Tools

The Debugging Tools section contains diagnostic utilities for investigating data issues. Expand the section to access the available tools.

Last Active Dates

Look up the last active date data for a specific user as returned by the Atlassian Organization API. This is useful when a customer reports data inconsistencies or when you need to verify the raw API response for a particular user.

  1. Expand the "Debugging Tools" section

  2. Use the user picker to select a user

  3. Click "Fetch Last Active Dates"

  4. Review the JSON response displayed below the button

The response shows the last active date information retrieved via the Organization API in the context of the app. Use the "Download" button to save the response as a JSON file for further analysis or to share with support.
