Manual update required. This release adds a new Rovo scope (read:chat:rovo). Atlassian Cloud will not auto-upgrade installations across scope changes - open admin.atlassian.com → Apps → Atlassian-managed apps, find User Management and License Optimizer, and click Update.

New Features

User Manager Rovo agent

A new Rovo agent with three read-only actions. Open Rovo chat, browse agents, select User Manager.

  • search-users - Filter users by name, email, domain, inactivity, app types, roles, groups, sites, or status. Every response includes a User Browser deep link.

  • license-health - Per-product, per-site licensed, active, and inactive seat counts.

  • search-task-results - Recent automated task overview, or per-user detail by processId from a webhook payload.

Custom Rovo agents can call the three actions under the read:chat:rovo scope.
