User Browser Export
You can now export the User Browser to an Excel file (.xlsx). Select Export to Excel in the User Browser to download the current user list, complete with status, group memberships, product access, roles and sites.
Two sheets - a Summary sheet (export date, author, totals and any applied filters) and a Users sheet with twelve columns, including Status, Last Active (Organization), Last Active (Product) and Record Type (product access or group membership).
Filtered exports - apply any User Browser filter, then export. Only the matching users are included, and the filter is recorded on the Summary sheet.
BI ready - the flat Users sheet loads directly into Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau and similar tools for license reviews and reporting.
