Important Update Effective February 1, 2024!
Due to recent changes in Jira and Confluence, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth app and no longer provide new versions for the newest Jira/Confluence releases as of January 31, 2024.
This is due to some necessary components no longer shipping with Jira/Confluence, which would require some extensive rewrites of the OIDC App.

Troubleshooting
In the issue panel in Jira, I see an error message that the configuration is missing, but I have successfully created a connection to my HubSpot account and on the HubSpot side I can see a card where I can link issues. What is causing this?
Please ensure that the group "atlassian-addons-admin" still has permission to "Browse Users and Groups" in the global permissions.
When I try to authenticate the HubSpot connection, I receive an error that it's already connected. How can I fix this?
This happens if you have another Jira instance connected to HubSpot. Because of technical limitations, only one Jira instance can be connected to the same HubSpot. You need to delete one of the connections first before you can authenticate the other.
Why can't I see the HubSpot panel in my Jira issue view?
Ensure that the HubSpot for Jira app is correctly installed and configured. If it is and the problem persists, you may need to check user permissions or whether the Jira and HubSpot instances are correctly linked. Verify your integration settings within Jira's Manage Apps section. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
I linked a Jira issue to the wrong HubSpot CRM record. How can I unlink it?
To unlink a Jira issue from a HubSpot CRM record, go to the issue in Jira and find the integration panel. There should be an option to remove or unlink the associated HubSpot record. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
Why aren't updates in HubSpot reflecting in Jira (or vice versa)?
Check if there are network or syncing issues reported by either platform. Review the integration configuration to ensure that you've set up bidirectional syncing correctly. Ensure that the fields you're updating are configured to sync. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
How do I troubleshoot authentication errors between Jira and HubSpot?
Authentication errors typically occur due to expired or revoked access. Re-authenticate the HubSpot for Jira integration by visiting the app settings in Jira and reconnecting to your HubSpot account. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
My HubSpot actions are not triggering Jira issues as expected. What should I check?
Verify that your HubSpot workflows or triggers are correctly set up and that the conditions specified for triggering Jira issue creation are being met. Also, ensure that the integration permissions are appropriately configured to allow issue creation. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
Why is some HubSpot data missing in Jira after syncing?
Missing data could be due to configuration settings that specify which fields to sync. Check the integration's field selection settings and ensure that all relevant fields are included. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
What steps should I follow if the integration suddenly stops working?
First, verify system statuses for downtime or service disruptions. Next, check the integration configuration within Jira, confirming active connection status. If issues persist, reconnect the integration by re-authorizing the service accounts on both platforms. [Troubleshooting Guide](#)
