Infrastructure update

The app’s underlying infrastructure was updated to align with the latest platform standards. There is no impact on functionality or user experience. System Administrators can apply the update by following the Forge Migration steps.

HubSpot for Jira now runs on Atlassian Forge

The app has moved from Atlassian Connect to Forge, running inside Atlassian's own infrastructure for better security, performance and reliability. Releases up to and including 1.3.5 were the Connect app; they are listed on the Marketplace with an -AC suffix.

Your data carries over. The HubSpot connection, permissions, field mappings, record links and automation rules migrate automatically on upgrade. Audit log entries from the previous version are not migrated.

New: Audit Log

The Automation tab now records each rule execution with its name, type, action, trigger and outcome. Filter by date and time range.

Changes

• Current Atlassian terminology: spaces, work items, work types.

• "Create New Action Rule" is now "Create Automation Rule".

• Add the HubSpot CRM panel to a work item from View app actions.

• HubSpot CRM Search is in the sidebar Apps menu.

• The "Auto-display HubSpot panel" setting has been removed.
