The Jira card now shows every linked work item
In the HubSpot card view, the Jira cards had a maximum of ten linked work items. A record with more than ten showed only the first ten, and the rest did not appear on the card. A record with fifteen linked work items, for example, displayed ten and omitted five.
This release removes that limit. The card lists every work item linked to the record, however many there are.
Nothing was ever unlinked. Work items beyond the tenth stayed linked to the HubSpot record the whole time. They were reachable from Jira, counted towards the HubSpot reporting fields, and could still be matched by automation rules – they were simply not drawn on the card. After upgrading, they appear without any action on your part.
