New Jira Work Items card for the new HubSpot UI
HubSpot for Jira now fully supports the new HubSpot UI and its card format. Linked work items appear on HubSpot records in a new card named Jira Work Items, which replaces the legacy Jira Issues card.
No action needed for existing layouts. If your object views already show the legacy Jira Issues card, updating to 4.2.0 replaces it with the Jira Work Items card automatically. To add the card to a layout that never had Jira Issues, see Adding the Jira Work Item Card to the HubSpot Records.
What this affects
Record layouts for contacts, companies, deals and tickets that include the Jira Issues card switch to the Jira Work Items card automatically.
Layouts and views that never had the Jira Issues card do not get the new card on their own. The layout is set per object type and per view, so add the card to each one where you want it.
Sites on a version earlier than 4.2.0 still show the legacy Jira Issues card.
