Since April 2024, Atlassian has allowed admins to restrict app access to content in Confluence spaces under data security policies. This can affect the performance of the Google Analytics for Confluence Cloud app.

The app access blockage can affect the general overview analytics, which will still display data, but you cannot see the page names or access the space analytics.

At the same time, you will not be able to see the app at the page and space levels.

If you encounter any of these issues, please get in touch with your organization's admin and request him to unblock the app access or add the app to the whitelist.
