Currently the Google Analytics plugin for Atlassian Confluence Cloud is for free, but eventually we would have to switch it to a paid version, due to the costs associated. 

Before the plugin is switched to a paid version, we will certainly give you a fair amount of notice. In addition, we do not intent to charge the plugin at a high price, rather to cover its costs. Therefore, it will not be an expensive product.
