General Setup Guide

1. Install the App

2. Click Add Provider button

3. For Azure and ADFS use OpenID Connect Preset.  Please note the difference in scopes for either.

4. Copy the Callback URL

5. Switch to your Identity Provider and configure accordingly 

6. Return to OpenID Authentication app and finish the configuration in the app
