How do I search Jira for who is out of office?

The app publishes six absence fields to Jira search, read through a user field, as in assignee.outofoffice-today = 1; the owner page lists all six.

The same query drives a saved filter, a service desk queue, a Filter Results gadget or a board's card colours.

Note the hyphen: the Forge forms use hyphens, and a dotted name matches nothing.
