Can Out of Office cover an on-call rota?
No.
The app has no rota, shift or duty roster and does not know who is on call at a given hour; it models an absence declared in advance.
Several coverers on one rule share the work in turn and a recurring rule repeats on chosen weekdays, but neither hands duty from one person to the next.
