How do I pause, edit or delete a rule?

Open My Rules and use the Actions menu on the rule's row, which holds Edit, Delete, Bulk assign and a pause entry reading Pause on an active rule and Resume on a paused one.

To come back early, pause or delete the rule; there is no separate deactivate command.
