Which timezone does a rule use?

The zone shown under the date fields, which the app derives rather than asks you for: the zone you used last, the zone on the rule you are editing, or your Jira profile zone.

The rule form has no timezone picker. To work in a different zone, change the timezone on your Jira profile and open the form again.
