Why are Edit, Delete and Pause greyed out on one of my rules?

Because an integration created that rule, not you.

Edit, Delete, Pause and Bulk assign are all disabled on an integration-generated rule, so you change it at its source, in Tempo, your calendar or Slack.

The Creator column tells integration rules apart from your own.
