Goal
replace an existing LDAP directory with an Azure Active Directory
in contrast to (6.16.x) Migrate LDAP to Azure Active Directory, usernames should be changed to the Azure AD usernames

Please refer to (6.16.x) Migrate LDAP to Azure Active Directory and complete the steps described.
Afterwards, User Sync needs to be reconfigured again, so that the users are getting renamed.
