Roles cannot be changed during a live meeting. End the meeting first, then adjust roles in Settings > Users.
Different roles per stream. The same person can hold different roles across different streams.
Global App Access
Jira administrators control who can use NASA via Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions > NASA Standup App Use Permission. By default, all licensed Jira users have access unless this permission is restricted to specific groups.
For details, see App Use Permissions (System/Global Permissions).
