App Access Issues

The NASA app does not show up in my Jira. How do I fix this?
Check the Manage Apps section under the Apps menu to verify that NASA is still installed on your Jira Cloud instance. This requires Jira admin permissions. If the app is missing, reinstall it from the Atlassian Marketplace.
How do users access NASA?
Users do not log into NASA directly. Instead, users log into Jira and access the NASA app from the Apps menu within their Jira Cloud instance.

I cannot edit certain standup streams. Editing options are grayed out.
This is a permissions issue. Check with your Scrum Master or System Administrator to verify your user permissions for that stream.
