Suggested Issues & Personal View

• Purpose: Automatically display relevant Jira issues for meeting preparation

• Configuration Options:

  • Status: Filter by workflow status (To Do, In Progress, Done)

Copy & Paste from Previous Updates

• Purpose: Quickly carry over incomplete items from previous meetings

• How It Works:

  • Click "Copy from Previous" button in My Update

  • Select which sections or items to copy

  • Edit as needed for the current meeting

• Benefits: Maintains continuity between meetings and saves preparation time

Item Clipboard

• Purpose: Temporarily store items removed from your update

• How It Works:

  • Removing an item with the minus button places it in the clipboard

  • Access the clipboard to retrieve items if needed

  • Add items from clipboard items to create new entries

• Benefits: Provides a safety net when reorganizing your update

Text Items and Headlines

• Text Items: Create updates not tied to specific Jira issues

• Headlines: Add organizational headers to structure your update

• Conversion: Option to convert text items to Jira issues when needed
