Team Meeting
Team Meetings use a topic-based agenda for in-depth discussions. Participants prepare individual items, which are combined into a shared agenda during the live meeting. Scrum Masters and Coverers can add, remove, and reorder items on the fly. Team Meetings also support Planning Poker and a Team Preview option.
Configuration
Set up a Team Meeting stream by selecting a template, linking a Jira board, and defining agenda questions. The template determines the default questions, duration, and timer mode.
See Configuring Team Meetings for step-by-step instructions.
Preparation
Before the meeting, each participant prepares agenda items in their My Update view. Items can include Jira issues, Confluence pages, text entries, and headlines. The app combines all participants' items into a shared topic-based agenda.
See Team Meeting Preparation (My Update) for details.
Live Meeting
During the live meeting, the Scrum Master navigates between agenda topics. Each topic has its own timer. Scrum Masters and Coverers can create new items, reorder the agenda, and load non-joiners. All participants can comment, flag items for follow-up, and react with emojis.

See Active Team Meeting for the full guide.
