Creating Teams in Umano

It is now time time to set up your teams within your Umano workspace.

1. Click on "Teams" from the top menu dropdown and then "Create Team".
   
   
   
   
   

2. Choose the Jira Software connection that you have created and click "Continue".
   
   
   
   
   

3. Find and select the Jira board you would like to import to Umano and click "Select this board".
   
   
   
   
   

4. Select any other sources from other tools you may have connected. Once you're done adding sources, click "Continue".
   
   
   
   
   

5. Select the active contributors who are working on the Jira board you chose and click on "Select X contributors" to continue.
   
   
   
   
   

6. Confirm the users that will have access to this team in Umano and their respective roles. Click "Continue" when ready.
   
   
   
   
   

7. Give your Umano team a name and click on "Create team".
   
   
   
   
   

8. You have finished the setup process. Umano will now import your board's data and notify you once it's ready to view.
