Disabling User Deactivator

1. Log in as a user with the System Administrators permissions

2. Choose the cog icon  at the top right of the screen and select Manage apps (or Manage add-ons in older versions) and then on the Manage apps link again

   1. you could also open it by appending this to your base URL /plugins/servlet/upm

   2. in Bitbucket you'll find the Manage apps link at the bottom of the administration page

3. Expand User Deactivator in the User-installed apps

4. Click the Disable button
