Confluence Only

Confluence provides a modal called “People who can view this page” that lets you check who can view any given page. When using License Optimizer for Confluence, users who don't currently have a license assigned don’t appear in the default view. We added a workaround for this, which requires you to search for the user you want to check via the “Filter users” field:

The search will return up to 10 matches:

In the background, we add the potential matches to the license group first, so that the actual permission check works.

Please be aware that the number in the line “… people can view this page. Restrictions can affect who can view.“ doesn’t reflect the correct total because of how License Optimizer works.
