Support for Reverse Proxies for Allowed IPs in SCIM 2.0 Connector

Starting with User Sync Version 2.16.0 it is possible to specify the real IP where the SCIM requests originated from when the Atlassian instance runs behind a reverse proxy or load balancer. 

1. The Allowed IPs are in this case the real IP addresses where the SCIM request originates from (IDP).

2. If the instance is situated behind a reverse proxy enable this option.

3. Specify the IP address or the IP range for the trusted reverse proxy.

4. Specify the header name that holds the information about the real IP addresses from which the SCIM requests originate. The default is X-Forwarded-For.
