Important Update Effective February 1, 2024!
Due to recent changes in Jira and Confluence, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth app and no longer provide new versions for the newest Jira/Confluence releases as of January 31, 2024.
This is due to some necessary components no longer shipping with Jira/Confluence, which would require some extensive rewrites of the OIDC App.

Does your Plugin support the JIRA Service Management Portal?
Problem
I am using JIRA Service Management (JSM). I know that I can use your plugin to login my normal JIRA Users, but can it also be used to login my Customers on the Servicedesk Customer Portal via Single Sign On?
Solution
Yes, our plugin fully supports single sign on into Jira Service Management Portals.
If you want to redirect the SD Portal Login to an IdP you just need to check the box under Our Plugin Configuration → Redirection → Enable SSO redirect for Jira Service Management Portal.
All JIRA users, without any assigned group (on default : Customers), can only access the Customer Portal. First if JIRA users are assigned to a group with access permissions, they can access JIRA and are counted to the Atlassian license. That means customers are not counted to the license.
