Update existing User and Remove from Groups

Starting with SAML Single Sign On for JIRA/Confluence 0.14.2 we further refined the functionality around User & Group membership provisioning. Based on your Feedback, the following has been added/changed:

Existing local Users, that were not created from the Plugin can be updated now.
We added a new Option "Remove from Groups" function that can enabled to force (or disabled to prevent) removal from local Groups during the login. On the version 0.14.1 the deletion from group was enabled on default.

The two new functions can be enabled/disabled with their own checkboxes:

Update existing user is only active when Enable User creation or update is enabled.
