Important Update Effective February 1, 2024!
Due to recent changes in Jira and Confluence, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth app and no longer provide new versions for the newest Jira/Confluence releases as of January 31, 2024.
This is due to some necessary components no longer shipping with Jira/Confluence, which would require some extensive rewrites of the OIDC App.

In line with our mission to provide excellent solutions for Data Center, and to keep meeting customer challenges for the foreseeable future while managing raising maintenance costs, we will be adjusting the prices for our SAML SSO apps.

What you need to know
What’s changing: The price is increasing in our SAML SSO apps for Jira and Confluence Data Center.
What doesn't change: The pricing for Bitbucket Data Center and for all Server app renewals will stay the same.
How big is the change: Price changes differ per tier and product. You can see all the changes below.

New Features and Improvements
Here is a short summary of the main features and improvements that have been added to our SAML SSO and User Sync apps since late 2022. Note that all User Sync capabilities are included in the SAML SSO version out of the box:
Single Sign-On capabilities
SAML Single Sign-On 6.7.1 includes the User Sync 2.10.1 release. See the summary below or the 2.10.x release notes for the User Sync component.
Full support for OIDC authentication, including Single Logout for OIDC in Jira Service Management.
OAuth2 authentication with Atlassian, LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter or Facebook
- Automatic user deactivation with special group memberships (coming soon)
User Sync capabilities
Synchronization of profile pictures from Azure AD or Google Cloud Identity into Jira and Confluence
Local and Server side filtering, making large directory synchronizations up to 20x faster*
- Single User Diff view, to examine the results of the sync on a single user directly in the UI
User sync simulations (coming soon)
User sync results browser (coming soon)
*Based on results reported by enterprise customers. Speed improvements depend on the number of groups and users in the instance, and the type of filter in use.
