To troubleshoot on your own, you have two options:

  1. Use a special logger that focuses on the user's login (including user update).
  2. Go full debug logging for the app.

While the first option is easier to follow, it might not include everything that might be needed. However, you do not know what your identity provider sends during login, it is the easiest way to debug this. The second option gives the full output when you need all information.
