The appropriate version appears in the search results.Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for API Token Authentication. You're prompted to log into My.Atlassian. The app begins to download.Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.Click Apply license. (If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira or Confluence instance.)Updating API Token AuthenticationIf a new version is available, the UPM will indicate that by showing an Update button. Use it to upgrade to the most recent version.Disabling API Token AuthenticationLog in as a user with the system administrators permissionClick at the cog icon at top right of the screen in Jira or Confluence to access the Manage app or Manage add-ons section and then on the Manage apps or add-ons linkExpand API Token Authentication in the User-installed Add-ons.Click the Disable button. For more information: Disabling and Enabling add-ons.Uninstall API Token AuthenticationLog in as a user with the system administrators permissionClick at the cog icon at top right of the screen in Jira or Confluence to access, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs)Expand API Token Authentication in the User-installed Add-ons.Click the Uninstall button.Downgrading API Token AuthenticationDowngrading the app from version 1.2.0 to version 1.1.1 is possible, but 1.1.1 needs to be uninstalled first.The existing configuration and tokens won't be deleted, so that you may still use the tokens created with 1.2.0.Getting helpTo get further help, please contact our support.
