Installation
Install monday.com for Jira to connect your teams across both platforms without changing their workflows.
The integration requires the app to be installed on both Jira and monday.com. After installing on Jira, you'll need to set up a connection between the two platforms to enable data sharing. The monday.com side can be installed as part of this setup process, or downloaded separately from the monday.com marketplace.
You must be a Jira administrator to install apps from the Atlassian Marketplace. If you don't have admin access, contact your Jira administrator to install the app for you.
Installing monday.com for Jira
Navigate to Apps in the top menu of your Jira instance.
Click Explore more apps to open the Atlassian Marketplace.
Search for "monday.com for Jira" and select the app from the results. You'll recognize it by the monday.com logo and "by resolution" in the publisher field.
Click Try it free to start your 30-day trial.
In the confirmation modal, click Start free trial now to complete the installation.
The app installs automatically and appears in your Manage apps section.

Alternative Installation Method
You can also install the app from within a Jira issue by clicking the ... button and selecting Add Apps. Search for "monday.com for Jira" and follow the same installation process.
After Installation
Once installed, you need to create a connection between Jira and your monday.com instance before you can use the integration. The app won't function without this connection.

Trial and Billing Information
Your 30-day trial includes full access to all integration features. After the trial ends, you'll be automatically billed monthly based on your Jira user count. Check the current pricing on the app listing in the Atlassian Marketplace.
Uninstalling the App
To remove monday.com for Jira from your instance:
Navigate to Apps > Manage apps in your Jira instance.
Find "monday.com for Jira" in your installed apps list.
Click Unsubscribe and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Click Uninstall to remove the app entirely from your Jira instance.
Uninstalling the app will remove all connections and embedded content from your Jira issues. This action cannot be undone.
