Since version 3.0 of the SAML SSO app, we have included a new functionality called User Sync, which adds functionality to synchronize users & groups,
as opposed to only the "Just in Time" provisioning which is supported by our app for many years already.

We are still in the process of updating tutorials & videos to reflect the new functionality.
Please find below links describing the setup of User Sync with the identity providers currently supported by it,
as well as some other useful links and articles.

User Directory Sync for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Server and Data Center allows synchronising users and groups from cloud identity providers and other user databases.
Currently, users and groups can be synchronised from:

  • Azure AD
  • Google G Suite
  • Keycloak
  • Okta
  • OneLogin

Other systems can be added as separate apps. Please contact us if you need to connect another system.
User Sync is included within our SAML Single Sign On app for Server and Atlassian Data Center, and is also available as a standalone app on the Atlassian marketplace.
