Important Update Effective February 1, 2024!
Due to recent changes in Jira and Confluence, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth app and no longer provide new versions for the newest Jira/Confluence releases as of January 31, 2024.
This is due to some necessary components no longer shipping with Jira/Confluence, which would require some extensive rewrites of the OIDC App.

Canned Responses Pro Templates
Canned Responses Pro Templates
Issue Translation for Jira Service Management also works seamlessly with Spartez's Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira.
Canned responses can be prepared in only one language and translated in real time into each customer's language whenever triggered by a customer message.
Two different approaches for automating canned response translations in invisible mode:
1. Create a Canned Response with the #translate command
You can build the #translate command into a canned response in two simple steps.
- Type the #translate command at the start of a canned response
- Place the cursor macro one line below. Agents will then start writing on a new line.
How to use the #translate canned response template
- Agents can then click on it instead of typing the command.
- The command can also be used in combination with other canned responses within the same internal comment, which will be then translated.
2. Include the #translate command at the beginning of every canned response
To make translations foolproof and ensure you never miss one, the #translate command can be included in every response.
Note that the app is smart enough to still send the original message when the customer speaks the same language as the agent.
