This adjustment reflects the rising costs of maintenance and development necessary to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Effective Date

The updated pricing for our Cloud apps will take effect on March 27, 2025.

Why Are We Making This Change?

  • Ongoing Support & Maintenance: Rising operational and development costs require us to adjust our pricing to maintain high performance, security, and usability.

  • Commitment to Quality: We strive to provide a seamless user experience and best-in-class customer service, ensuring your success with our solutions.

New Features and Improvements

To support our continued investment in the Out of Office for Jira Cloud app, we have recently introduced several enhancements:

  • Data Security Policies can now be used to restrict usage of the app to certain projects only.

  • Out of Office Issue context: see user availability from any issue and triage accurately.

  • Agent availability can be optionally displayed in the customer portal.

  • Outlook Integration: End users can now connect to their corporate Outlook accounts and synchronize their Out of Office status in Jira with their Automatic Replies.

  • Tempo Integration: Connect Tempo with Out of Office Assistant for planning non-project work.

  • Rule Priority Selector: To rank rules and prevent conflicts.

  • Google Account Integration: End users will be able to connect their Google Workspace accounts to sync their Out of Office events into Jira. Currently in internal alpha. Coming Soon!

  • Improved app UI: Coming Soon!

What This Means for You

  • Depending on your app and user tier, you will see a price adjustment reflected in your billing cycle starting March 27, 2025.

  • No immediate action is required on your part. The new pricing will automatically apply to your subscription from the effective date onward.
