Uninstall an app

To disconnect an app from your HubSpot account:

In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting & Data > Integrations.
Click Actions on the app you want to disconnect, then click Uninstall.
In the dialog box, type “uninstall” in the text field and click Uninstall.

How does Disconnecting or Uninstalling the app affect my embedded data?

When disconnecting and uninstalling the app, you will no longer be able to access your embedded/linked data.

Within Jira the embedded HubSpot data will disappear from the Jira issues and you will be left with the following message:

Within HubSpot you will no longer see the app panel within the object dashboard, meaning that you can no longer link Jira issues to HubSpot object, or create Jira issues from HubSpot.
