Due to recent changes in Jira and Confluence, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth app and no longer provide new versions for the newest Jira/Confluence releases as of January 31, 2024.
This is due to some necessary components no longer shipping with Jira/Confluence, which would require some extensive rewrites of the OIDC App.

Do I need to pay extra for using translation services like Google Translate or Microsoft Azure with the app?
No additional costs are incurred for translation services; these are covered by us for our customers.
What happens to my data if I decide not to continue my subscription to Issue Translation?
Post subscription cancellation, historical translations remain accessible, but the app's features will be unavailable.

Licensing fees are solely based on the number of JSM agents and not on translation volume or language count.
How is the licensing managed for hybrid environments, with instances both in Cloud and Server?
Issue Translation for JSM is exclusively available for Atlassian Cloud environments.

There is no cap; API usage and associated costs are balanced with the overall customer license fees.

Due to the inherent costs of translation services, volume discounts are not typically offered.

Translations can be project-specific; however, API call costs do not affect the app's license fee.
