Added new connector for OneLogin.
G Suite connector now supports synchronization of multiple domain. To enable this please empty the domain settings in the connector configuration.
Fixed a bug where a connector could not edited when copy behaviour MOVE is selected.
Several smaller bug fixes and improvements.
