Add Out of Office tags to mentions
What is an Out of Office mention tag
In order to better communicate that a user is about to go out of office, each rule can include mention tags, which look like this:

Existing tags and options
There are three options:
Don't add an ooo tag to mentions in comments
Add an ooo tag to mentions when out of office
Add it already four or less days before out of office

Global Properties Settings
Default Mention tags can be set at the instance level in the Global Properties of the app. This action requires admin privileges.

Defining the mentions at the rule level
Each user can override the instance default setting in the rule dialog
