Top Questions

How do I start a live meeting?

From the meeting lobby, the Scrum Master or Coverer clicks Start Meeting. All participants who have completed their preparation will be included. See Active Standup Meeting or Active Team Meeting for details.

Can I use my existing Jira boards with NASA?

Yes. When setting up a meeting stream, you select from your existing Jira boards. There is no need to create new boards. All Jira Cloud board types (Scrum, Kanban, and business boards) work with NASA.

The NASA app is not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Refresh the page, (2) Clear your browser cache, (3) Restart your Jira session. If the problem persists, check Troubleshooting or contact resolution support.

How long is meeting history available?

Meeting records are stored in the Team Journal for up to 30 days. To keep records longer, export them to Confluence using the Team Journal Export feature.

Can I filter which issues appear in a meeting?

Yes. The Suggested Jira Issue Selection settings let you filter issues by priority, status, issue type, or a custom JQL query. See Filters for details.

Known Issues & Workarounds

Forge Limitations: Some real-time collaboration features are limited by the Atlassian Forge platform. Planned expansions will arrive with future Forge updates.

Team Journal Processing: After ending a meeting with many items, wait 30–60 seconds before clicking the Team Journal button. Large meetings may take longer to process.

Multiple Stream Reminders: If participants belong to many streams with similar timings, Slack reminders may overlap. Adjust notification times or channels per stream.
