Due to recent changes in Jira and Confluence, we've made the tough decision to discontinue the OpenID Connect (OIDC)/OAuth app and no longer provide new versions for the newest Jira/Confluence releases as of January 31, 2024.
This is due to some necessary components no longer shipping with Jira/Confluence, which would require some extensive rewrites of the OIDC App.

You should first ensure your board is correctly configured within JIRA. Then, within NASA, create a new standup stream and link it to your JSM Board.

Yes, for the configuration to work, you are required to have complete licensed access to both JSM (Jira Service Management) and JSW (Jira Software).

The NASA app can be uninstalled by an admin from the "Manage Your Apps" section. Find the NASA App from your User-installed apps, and click on "Uninstall".

No, currently we are not aware of any conflicts with other Jira plugins when installing the NASA app.
Will installing NASA require a JIRA instance restart or cause any downtime?
No, the installation of the NASA app does not cause any downtime to your Jira instance.
Can NASA's initial setup be copied or templated for multiple projects or streams?
No, currently the NASA app's setup process does not support templated formats of other standup streams.
What support resources are available if issues arise during the NASA installation process?
Should you experience any problems with the NASA installation process that cannot be resolved by using the current documentation, you can book a support call for further assistance.
Is a trial period available after installing NASA, allowing users to test its features?
Yes, as with any other Cloud app installed from the Atlassian Marketplace, you have a 30-day trial to use and test the app. Should you wish to extend your trial period, please reach out to the support team.
How can administrators roll out the NASA app installation across multiple teams?
The NASA app is only installed once per Jira instance, multiple standup streams are created within the app for individual teams. If teams have individual Jira instances, then the NASA app will have to be installed in each instance.
Can installation settings be pre-configured before deploying NASA to users?
Yes, this can be done by configuring the individual standup streams without adding users immediately, but only by adding them once the environment is ready.
Will installing NASA interrupt ongoing work in JIRA, or can it be installed seamlessly?
The NASA app installation process is a seamless process without any interruptions to the Jira instance.
Is it possible for different JIRA projects to have customized NASA setups?
Yes, each project can have its own custom standup stream.
How should administrators proceed if the NASA app installation causes an unexpected error in JIRA?
